SWT safely on the road
ADAC Driving Safety Training, Stuttgart Leonberg
We do everything we can to ensure that our technicians arrive on time, reliably and safely. To prepare our employees for adverse traffic conditions, part of our team has faced the challenges of a driving safety training.
On the ADAC traffic training facility at the Solitude-Ring in Stuttgart Leonberg it was possible to accelerate, slide, drive in serpentines and abruptly brake from high speed. Sudden obstacles such as water jets or slippery roads also had to be mastered.
In addition to the practical part, our team underwent extensive theoretical instruction and is now prepared for all the adversities of road traffic. Especially for our service technicians with their large number of field assignments, this day was a valuable experience.
We are therefore very well prepared in terms of traffic technology and are already looking forward to our next assignment with you!

Increasing efficiency thanks to yearly maintenance

Since 2016 Flextrus AB has been benefiting from the support of SWT Services. Machine downtimes because of problems with the clamping system that used to be frequent could be completely wiped out. Without stuck adapters setup times were clearly reduced and machine operators can quickly switch from one job to another.
So it becomes apparent that investing in an annual professional maintenance pays off.

Maintenance at Folienprint RAKO
SWT visited FOLIENPRINT RAKO GmbH near to Hamburg, Germany
SWT Services maintained 20 hydraulic expansion mandrels and about 65 adapters of a BOBST 20 SIX 10S as well as 1 hydraulic expansion mandrel of a BOBST Mounter.
The entire hydraulic clamping system, consisting of hydraulic mandrels and adapters, was checked based on a specific service checklist. This service prevent disturbances as well as unplanned machine downtimes and plan overhauling in time.
SWT is looking forward to a further good cooperation with FOLIENPRINT RAKO GmbH – a member of the All4Labels Packaging Group – and is pleased to work together in the future.
First time visiting MENASHA Packaging Company LLC – Menasha Preprint in Wisconsin, USA
Maintenance Menasha Packaging Company LLC, USA
SWT Services first visit to MENASHA was because of the maintenance of 19 hydraulic expansion mandrels/anilox rollers and about 73 adapters/anilox rollers of machine BOBST F+K 96S/8.
SWT Services stayed one week at MENASHA. At the beginning of the week, the experienced service technicians maintained the nine years old machine the first time. At the end of the week, SWT maintained the adapters and checked the entire clamping system. Normally, SWT maintenance all clamping machines once a year. This can prevent disturbances as well as unplanned machine downtimes and plan overhauling in time.
